Terms and Conditions

All bookings are binding. The person making the booking is personally responsible for the entire reservation. If a person is unable to attend due to illness, the booking will still be charged. However, a refund will be issued if a certificate confirming the illness is presented before departure. Tickets can be rescheduled up to 7 days before departure. In case of bad weather, we are the most knowledgeable and will decide whether the trip should be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel trips due to technical issues or illness without being liable for compensation. Any costs incurred by the customer due to delays will not be reimbursed by the shipping company. If cancellation is necessary, we will contact all customers who made a booking the day before via email to the provided email address. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their email the evening before. In the event of a cancellation from our side, no charges will be made for the trip.
